Firm came into being in 2009. Maxima’s owners- Jan Kyrcz & Krzysztof Kustusz have many years’ experience of working with diesel engines and assembling Diesel systems on vessels. They gain professional work experience in engine’s assembly sections, repair services in shipyards on all around the World. Thanks to that. They appreciate importance of theoretical and practical knowlage, which stands for keeping high standars of work performace. That’s why, people who build Maxima attach importance to self-improvement, extension of knowledge and skills. Employees get regular trainings which gives them new permits.
